Scallop-Topped Portabello Mushrooms

This was eye rolling, groaning good!! It is definately a must try! I think this rates 8 stars. The sauce tastes just like the sauce they serve over the mussels at my favorite Chinese restaurant. The family REALLY loved it! Thanks for the recipe! * * I'm thinking next time I'll use baby bellas and put one big sea scallop atop each mushroom, like appetizers ;)

Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes

W O W...!!!! These are eye rolling GREAT!!! After I scooped out the "pulp" I deep fried the skins for about 30 seconds or so and then followed recipe exactly. I made these at Thanksgiving and nobody wanted to move on to the next dish. All the people that said the weren't big fans of yams LOVED them!!!

Tarragon Tartar Sauce

******* WOW, give me a bigger spoon!! This is SOOO good you don't need any seafood. Since I made this I try to think of something "else" to prepare just so I can have more tartar sauce!

Teriyaki Sauce and Marinade

This absolutely fantastic.... to BABYDANE, I don't know what went wrong when you made this, but I would have to say, try again. This is sooo GOOD. This is one of those recipies I keep handy because when I'm at a friends house & they don't have any teriyaki sauce, I love to say, "here, I'll make some" providing they have mirin on hand, they are blown away with the results. THANKS Celeste!!

Spiced Bacon Twists

This is fantastic just as is. I love Bhut Jolokia so I used that instead of cayenne....Yumm. Definately line your pan, or you may have to toss them out. It bakes on pretty solid.
