Irish Eggs

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2013
My wife and I eat a similar dish at least once a week, sometime for breakfast and also dinner. I use bacon, cooked first. Remove bacon from frying pan leave the grease, add potatoes and mixed peppers frying until lightly browned. Add the bacon back in, I use 2 eggs per person, well beaten. For fluffier eggs add a dollop of sour cream to the eggs and beat well. Making sure the frying pan is not to hot, add the eggs and fold them into the mixture in the frying pan, continue folding eggs until cooked but don't over cook them they should be moist. Serve hot.

Sirloin Steak Dianne

Reviewed: May 8, 2011
A GREAT steak receipe. I made 2 minor changes, I doubled the amount of Brandy and also Red Wine and split it between the steak and the cook. I did notice that some of the reviews say use "Tenderloin" instead of Sirloin. An interesting point, Sirloin has a lower fat content than Tenderloin. So for those of us that have to watch the fat intake Sirloin is the best choice.

I used the recipe as written with one exception, I had to use canned corn because I don't like frozen. This was super, I like it hot. Thanks for sharing.

Delicious Stuffed Potato Pancakes

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2010
We eat potato pancakes often, this receipe really caught my eye. We tried it the same evening and it was just great. We did make a slight change, we fried the ground beef first then followed the instructions in the receipe. Wonderful experience, washed it down with a glass of white wine.

Oven Roasted Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2013
This is great and fast to prepare. I followed the recipe with one exception. I added 1/4 cup of dark rum simply because I like the taste of rum with baked chicken, delicious. I also tried it without the rum, not as tasteful as with the rum. Thanks for sharing.

Sesame Beef

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2014
Awesome recipe, I made two changes I added water chestnuts (1 can) sliced thinly. I like the crunchiness of the chestnuts and that's the main reason I threw them in. I cut the sugar down to one tablespoon, I am not a big friend of anything sweet. Thanks for sharing.
