My favorite things to cook
Anything new or that I haven't cooked before. I enjoy experimenting with old, familiar recipes, though, tweaking them to add a special "spark" to them.
My cooking triumphs
I cooked a large Thanksgiving dinner when I was 16 years old for my family. It was a great success!!
My cooking tragedies
I remember one of the first meals I cooked as a young boy. My father took a bite, put his fork down, and said, "Just leave it all on the dinner table. We're going out to eat." It's a wonder I cooked ever again!
