Aunt Hazel's Apple Oatmeal Cookies
So I followed the recipe as given with one change and I've done this with a apple bread recipe i cored the apple and grated it right over the mix and as usually turned out awesome. The juice and all goes right into the mix with makes it moist and no huge chunks which is great when you have an 18 month old who is still learning to use his teeth :p. Thanks for the awesome recipe that my little man loves.

Chocolate Frosting III
I cut the recipe in half cause I didnt need alot of frosting. But I had no issues with making this recipe. I read alot of ppls reviews. I melted the butter in a pan. I used cocoa powder cause its all we had. Added the vanilla, salt, and cocoa powder. Mixed that til smooth then added 1 1/2 tbs of milk and the sugar. Turned out perfect. I have been trying to find a thick chocolate frosting recipe. This is it. Just gotta know how to work it is all. Thank you for the breat recipe Miss Amy! :)

Apple Breakfast Bread
So I always read reviews before I make any dish. Going off what others said I made a few alterations to the recipe. I used all brown sugar. Instead of cloves I used nutmeg. I grated 3 apples right into the batter and also added 1/4 cup of oil. Wow! It turned out amazing! Its moist and delicious. Definitely keeping this recipe. My 1 yr old son loves it and using wheat flour makes it much more nutritious for him. Thank you Jennifer for a great recipe!
