Chicken Satay

Reviewed: May 24, 2012
Loved it. I let my chicken breasts marinate all afternoon and then we grilled them whole. They were so tender and juicy. My husband even took some for left overs. He is not a left over guy.

Double Chocolate Cherry Muffins

Reviewed: May 24, 2012
Yum! These muffins were awesome. I used plain yogurt instead of sour cream and frozen cherries instead of fresh. Even on the 3rd day they were still moist.

Orange Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 29, 2012
This is a great muffin! Although I made changes to make it more healthy. I used 1 cup of whole wheat flour and 1 cup of all purpose. I didn't put in any sugar but added some honey, dates and plain yogurt. I squeezed oranges instead of juice only because I had a whole basket of them that needed to be used. I didn't put any of the topping on my muffins. Turned out great. It was the first time that I actually got my muffins to rise and look like a muffin. =)

Summertime Strawberry Punch

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2011
I just made this punch for my sister's bridal shower. Needless to say it was a big hit. Everyone asked me what the recipe was. I think next time I might use a 7up or Sprite instead. I thought the tea would be too strong in the drink but it was great! I did use fresh strawberries in it, which worked fine. Overall a great drink and I'll definitely make it again.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2011
Awesome! I love this recipe. I made a few changes, instead of using onion I use broccoli and/or cauliflower and for the ham I just take a boneless piece of pork out of the freezer and boil it then cut it up. Works just as well as ham. I've been looking for a long time for a good potato soup recipe and this one it perfect!!

Fudgy Chocolate Cream Pie

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2010
This is the best chocolate pie recipe I've come across. I made it twice in one week for company and then ate the left overs for breakfast.

Pork Chops with Raspberry Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2010
Phenominal recipe! We grilled the meat with the herb rub and then let it stay warm in a large casserole dish with the raspberry sauce on the bottom. We put the sauce in a gravy boat so people could flavour their meat to their liking. Even the pickiest eaters loved this dish!!

Excellent recipe. Everyone raved about it. I doubled the topping so it was extra crispy.
