Hummus I

We eat hummus all the time at my house. I add about 1/2-1/3 cup of evoo, no onion or parsley or pepper. Sometimes I'll throw a roasted red pepper into the food processor to have roasted red pepper hummus once in a while. My husband is Lebanese and really likes my hummus.

Lebanese Fattoosh

I make this often, we eat salad every day in my house so it's important to have a variety of recipes to keep up the trend. I add a little bit of fresh chopped parsley, roasted red pepper instead of fresh bell pepper and a bit of feta cheese. Yummy!

I usually do not like salmon but really liked this recipe, so did my husband. It is easy to make too. I also used the lime zest. I would give this recipe a 3/5.

Basic Crepes

Yum yum yum! I am French Canadian and my mom made crepes all the time when I was a kid. Just make sure you have a really great nonstick pan. I eat crepes with fresh blueberries and real maple syrup, and I'm telling you it is delightful. Whether it's for a snack, breakfast, or dessert it's easy to make and sure to be a hit.

Chicken Fajitas

It was good, my husband and friend really liked it but to me it wasn't anything special. Definetly worth a try though, I may be biased because I'm not a huge fan of chicken.

Middle Eastern Kibbeh

I made this for my husband who is Lebanese and he just loves it. I use ground beef instead of lamb. We eat it with pita bread and plain yogurt. So simple yet so good.

Sue's Taco Salad

This is an awesome recipe! Whenever I make tacos with ground beef, I always put the browned meat in the food processor with about 1/2 cup of salsa for 10 seconds. For some reason when the meat is really fine it tends to taste better, don't ask me why, lol. Really easy to make, I used sour cream and salsa as opposed to ranch dressing. Yummy!

Double Tomato Bruschetta

If you like bruschetta than you have to try this recipe. The only change I made was substituting mozza for feta and I also threw in some fresh mint. Whenever we have company over I usually make it and it's always a huge hit! Even my stepmother loves it and she is really fussy.

Waldorf Goat Cheese Salad

This salad is delicious. I used the kraft raspberry vinaigrette which was just as good. I brought it to my family's Thanksgiving dinner and got many compliments! I cut the grapes in four pieces and used a lot of pecans. You can't go wrong with this one!

Mama's Potato Salad

Great recipe. I used dijon mustard instead of regular and it gave it a really great flavour. I brought it to a family reunion and it was gone in no time! A couple of my aunts are professional chefs so you know it's good when they say so!
