Mexican Lasagna
Very easy and delicious. Had friends over and they wolfed down 3 large servings and then held their bellies. Like others suggested below, I greased the pan, added Rotel Hot Tomatoes instead of regular tomatoes, sliced jalepenos (I live in Texas, y'all!), black beans and corn. Serving w sour cream is a must! I skipped the salsa. Think it'd also be great with refried beans and rice.
