Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

THE BEST! I always double the recipe and freeze them. I highly suggest straining the veggies after they have been processed. Getting as much water out of them helps keep the burgers from falling apart. I like them extra hot so I go heavy on the hot sauce.

Spinach Tomato Tortellini

Very good! I used Fat free half and half only instead of milk and heavy cream and it came out great. I also used 1 pack of frozen chopped spinach in place of the fresh.

Breaded Chicken Fingers

Excellent!!! I added cajun seasoning along with the garlic powder. I also used this recipe to make Chicken Parm, only I used Italian seasoning instead of cajun. The longer you marinate the better!

Kicked Up Mac and Cheese

Loved it! It's a great spin on one of my favorite comfort foods!!! I substituted cayenne pepper for the hot sauce b/c (surprisingly !!!) I was all out!!!!

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

This crust is fantastic!! I used it to make calzones this weekend and they came out perfect. I was able to make 2 good sized calzone. The dough rolls out so easily and bakes to a crispy outside and chewy on the inside! You have to try this! you will never buy dough in the store again!

Acapulco Chicken

Excellent! You can make it as spicy as you wish!!The only thing I added was minced garlic. I put it on some flat bread along with some spanish rice, it was perfect!
