Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2012
These are good cookies but don't taste as good if you don't cook and eat them immediately.

Low Carb Zucchini Fries

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2013
These are fantastic... actually addictive like real fries. The trick is to make sure they are coated well and put them on a rack then on a cookie sheet so they are crispy. I will definitely make them again.

White Chili with Ground Turkey

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2013
I really liked this recipe. I did reduce the cinnamon to 1/4 of a teaspoon, didn't include the canned chilies because I didn't have any and I used mozzarella because I didn't have any monterey jack. I also put two cans of the beans in the blender and would do all three next time my kids don't like the look of beans but don't mind the taste. My family really liked mixing salsa with it.

Hamburger Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2014
I make these cookies but with a few significant changes. I don't use the oven at all. I use a Keebler grasshopper cookie for the burger (better taste) and use red and yellow frosting (you can buy in the tube) to be the ketchup and mustard on the burger. (it also sticks the bun to the burger and helps keep the lettuce in. I also melt butter and dab the top of the burger with my finger and then sprinkle on the sesame seeds. So much fun - I am expected to bring them to all summer cookouts. Enjoy!
