Thanksgiving Meatloaf
I'm so happy I found this recipe! I have not had much luck with ground turkey recipes. This is the first one that ws a hit with the family, including my super picky daughter who is HAPPILY eating leftovers for breakfast as I type. I didn't give it 5 stars only because I imagine if you followed the recipe exactly it would be bland. I sauteed garlic, onion, and celery and mixed that in with salt and poultry seasoning. It also took about 90 minutes to cook instead of 60.

Puttanesca I
The first time I made this I forgot the tomato paste and my family LOVED it. The next time I added the tomato paste and they didn't like it quite as much. The tomato paste gives it a slightly sweet, marinera-like flavor so now I leave it out. I also don't bother with the sieve--I just blend 4 or 5 tomatoes and use that. It's a regular in our house now. Thanks for sharing this.

Pesto Pasta with Chicken
This gets five stars because it's so easy and everyone in my famiy liked it (a rarity). I held off on the red pepper flakes until I served it because my husband and I like food spicy but not my kids. I did add a little salt to taste. I served it immediately and it ws not dry, but the leftovers did get a little dry.
