All-Star Veggie Burger

I followed previous advice and added an egg and A1 sauce. I used wheat flour-didnt have any oat bran at hand. I added thyme instead of sage and some chopped onion, lawrys season salt to taste. I covered the pan after few minutes for the crispier burger-paired with wheat bun and home fries. Hubby gobbled it up and I did too (and Im not a vegetarian)!

Best Bread Machine Bread

Wow, just made this bread today-exactly as mentioned except I used ICYBLUEROSE advice of adding the extra 1/2 teaspoon salt. My bread came out great! yay. I was so worried about the order of ingredients too-but it came out just fine.

Ultimate Party Meatballs

Ok I just did these and let me tell you, my fiance gobbled it right up. He is vegetarian so I got the frozen veggie meatballs. I sauted some onions, garlic in the pan before adding sauces. Served with some spaghetti, salad and garlic bread. So easy to do.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Everyone gobbled this up really fast! I made 2 loaves. I took other reviewers advice and used 1/2 cup applesauce, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1 cup brown sugar, 2 cups white and 1 teaspoon vanilla. I didnt use as much ground cloves (the stores sold em for $11.69...refused to buy). I also thought that I used too much pumpkin puree (23 ounce can, oops) but it STILL came out great! I'll definitely make this again- maybe for Thanksgiving.

Best of Everything Veggie Burgers

Just finished sampline one. These were ok to me. My vegetarian boyfriend really loved it! But others kinda had mixed reviews-they felt something was missing. I use cayenne pepper instead of hotsauce. My blender seemed to malfunction so I used a potato masher to crush the beans. I added seasoning to my brown rice while it cooked (goya adobo, lawrys) like how I cook regular rice. Also I added the cumin seasoning directly to the beans after I mashed them. I wished the texture was more sturdier. Maybe I shouldve drained the mixture of onions and bell peppers (was kinda watery) or perhaps fry/grill instead. I also made smaller ones for breakfast. I had to add more bread crumbs, but it kept really well in the freezer. All in all, its a great recipe-just need to tweak it a bit. No one I know eats veggie burger without lettuce, etc..so I cant wait to try these with them.
