Feta Artichoke Dip
Reallly good, I subbed in some yogurt and light sour cream for half of the mayonaise, and I used light mayonaise. I only used about six ounces of feta because that's what i had. Also mixed in some chopped fresh basil because I had some. This is good because doesn't have the cringey greasy over rich taste of some of these dips.

Easy Corn Chowder II
This is such a great recipe! I made it twice in one week if that gives you any idea! The only changes I made were that I doubled it, added three tablespoons of chicken boullion powder in place of the salt in the boiling water, and didnt drain afterward. Instead of doubling evaporated milk to two cans, I put in a can and a half since I left in the water that the veggies cooked in. It's so delicious that even my super picky kid loved it. Everyone loved it!

Chicken Meatball Soup
This is one of those good, clean tasting soups, that taste like Grandma made it. I didnt have parsnips, in fact I've never had parsnips, but I bet it would add something good. The meatballs didnt taste too chickeny either, which was nice, I added some extra spices in the meatballs, such as ground mustard, paprika, the broth is simple so it can stand up to that.
