Toasted Party Mix
Instead of oat cereal, I added Spicey Cheese-Its, it was delicious. Made from similar recipe I had used before, and plan to make as gifts for Christmas for the nephews in the family.

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
I have been making stuffed cabbage (Holupki) for 40 years and the secret is making a roux and adding to rolls the last half hour of roasting. Roux is crisco or vegetable oil, add flour, stir constantly until a golden color and it will have a nutty aroma. Keep roux thin, add can of crushed tomatoes, it immediately thickens. Add to cabbage rolls and roast additional 1/2 hour. I also add large can of tomato juice to the cabbage before cooking.

Stuffed Green Peppers I
Recipe was delicious, but I also cut peppers in half length wise, and used barley instead of rice. I often use barley in place of rice, a little more fiber. 4 stars
