Louisiana Sweet Potato Pancakes

Followed the recipe exactly and mine turned out mushy -- like eating mashed sweet potatoes with syrup on top. Not bad if you're expecting mashed sweet potatoes, but we were expecting pancakes. I won't use this recipe again.

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Very good and moist. I made it as written, but I halved the recipe and it made 24 mini muffins (baked in 12 minutes)and 12 regular sized muffins (baked in 18 minutes. In halving the recipe it called for 1 1/2 egge -- I used 2 small ones

Plum Custard Kuchen

I've made this with plums and have also made it using peaches instead of plums. I follow the recipe exactly and it comes out great -- everyone loves it!
