So I don't like fish. I never have. I don't know why, I just don't. But I know it's really good for you so I'm trying to eat it more. I liked this recipe. I love Parmesan so I figured it would make the fish tolerable. It all tasted very good! I gave this recipe 4 stars, though, because all the mayo, butter, and cheese....it kinda defeats the purpose of eating a healthy fish dish. I did cut the amount of mayo and butter in an attempt to make it more healthy.
