Apple Butter Pork Loin

I made this for my family and in laws and they just loved it! They said it was the best pork they ever had. I had to make a change because I didn't have apple butter. I sliced 8 small apples and lined the pork with those. I used butter in place of the apple butter. It still turned out amazing despite my lacking ingredients. We are making this again tomorrow! Yum :)

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

So I don't like fish. I never have. I don't know why, I just don't. But I know it's really good for you so I'm trying to eat it more. I liked this recipe. I love Parmesan so I figured it would make the fish tolerable. It all tasted very good! I gave this recipe 4 stars, though, because all the mayo, butter, and cheese....it kinda defeats the purpose of eating a healthy fish dish. I did cut the amount of mayo and butter in an attempt to make it more healthy.

Vincente's Macaroni and Cheese

This was very good. It was not quite what I expected but that was my fault for not using more flavorful cheese (I only had colby jack and mozzarella on hand). I can only imagine how good it will taste with sharp cheddar or pepper jack! I also appreciated the tip for making roux sauce. I would have just poured it all in the pan! I will definitely make this again!

Bacon Risotto

LOVE LOVE LOVE this recipe! I cook it regularly without bacon as that is not something I keep in my house. I use 1 cup of white wine in place of one cup of water. I could eat the whole batch myself it's that good! Thank you for sharing!

Best Brownies

These really were the best brownies ever! I was nervous because in the reviews I read people either loved them or hated them. I doubled the recipe to make a batch for a 13x9 pan. I baked them for exactly 25 minutes. AMAZING!!! I can't wait to add all kinds of yummy things to them (like crushed Andy's mints...omg!) Thank you so much for posting this!!!

Kielbasa with Honey Mustard

I love love love this recipe! The broiled brown sugar tastes amazing on the meat. And the dipping sauce is just a perfect combination! I use the Honey Mustard 2 as recommened. SO GOOD!!!!

Lemon Thyme Chicken

This is a favorite for me and my hubby! I learned the hard way; always measure out the lemon juice! I love to serve this dish with steamed asparagus and hollendaise (sp??) sauce. YUM!

Baked Hot Dog Sandwiches

I was pleasantly surprised by this dish. I tried it because I had the ingredients on hand. I wanted to try something besides the same old hot dog in the bun. I'm not a huge fan of mustard on my hot dogs and my husband is not a fan of relish. So next time I will think of a way to customize each sandwich. But overall, we liked it! Yum!

One Dish Chicken and Rice Bake

I also substituted 3/4 c. milk and 1/4 c. chicken broth for the water like others had. I had to cook it for about 65 minutes. Me: "It doesn't look like the recipe my mom used, but it still looks good." Hubby: "WOW." It's a keeper! So yummy!!!

Easy Baked Chicken

I made this recipe with Ranch dressing instead of Italian because it was what I had on hand. I loved it! It's so easy and full of flavor. I served it with some of my special mashed potatoes for some friends and every one loved the meal!
