Creamy Parmesan and Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken Penne

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2013
Excellent and really easy. My 5 year old loved it, a friend who came over said it was so good it tasted like it was from a restaurant, and I ate the leftovers 3 days in a row. Definitely a new favorite!

Chicken Bryan

DECLICIOUS. Tastes exactly like the restaurant dish and I am not a very experienced cook. Very easy and tastes like it took hours. The recipe does yield a lot of sauce compared to the amount of chicken.

Creamy PHILLY Pesto Chicken

FANTASTIC. This is so good, so quick, and so easy! My family keeps asking for it! I do double the sauce, because my family wanted more after I followed the recipe the first time.

Garlic Prime Rib

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2010
Just ok. I used a 5 lb. roast and it still was only at 100 degrees after 2 hrs. of cooking. We finally decided to eat it rare because we were so hungry. It also did not yield any juice at all. It smoked while I cooked it at only 450 for 20 min. and the garlic burnt. It gets a 3 because it didn't actually taste bad, but for the price I paid for the meat I was very disappointed.

Lemon Chicken Piccata

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2010
After I made the sauce and tasted it I thought I was going to have to throw it out because it was so bitter. It ended up being okay once on the chicken and pasta, but still had a really funny bitter taste to it. My husband didn't like it either. Would not make again.

Blue Cheese Beef Tenderloin

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2010
Very delicious! Deserves more than 5 stars! Was a bit worried the marinade would taste strange with the teriyaki and was afraid of trying a new recipe on such an expensive cut of meat but it was perfect. Anyone who has said anything bad about the sauce must not like blue cheese, because it was also amazing. Followed the recipe exactly except marinated for a few hours. My husband love it too. Would be very impressive for company.

Savory Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2010
Not bad but not great. After reading reviews about lack of flavor I added fresh lemon juice to the chicken, extra cheese, garlic salt, and ritz crackers instead of bread crumbs. It still tasted like I had just dumped a can of cream of chicken soup on a chicken breast which was a little disappointing. I think the cream of chicken soup overpowered the dish, and I am a person who loves a lot of sauce in most cases.
