My cooking tragedies
When I was 9 I tried to make cookies for the first time without a recipe. The butter cookies came out nice but my attempted M&M cookies tasted weird and the food coloring from the candy turned the cookies green haha.

Sweet Green Bean Bundles
3 for taste and 5 for presentation. I agree this is definitely not a very healthy dish.

Cajun Pasta Fresca
I made this for dinner tonight and Wow, this was amazing! I barely left any for my roommate! I made two changes. Since I did not have vermicelli pasta, I used linguini fini. Also I sauteed the tomatoes in bacon grease and a little bit of olive oil, because I didn't want to waste it. It added a nice smokiness to the pasta.

Banana Frittata
I admit that I was a little nervous making these after reading the negative comments. BUT, These turned out delicious! I did follow some suggestions from other reviewers: mash the bananas instead of slicing them, add a little vanilla extract. I only used 2 TB of oil in a small skillet pan. They turned out delicious. They're more like banana pancakes than frittatas.
