Great recipie. I didn't follow it to the letter but it was a great jump off for me. I added a red pepper, garlic and jalpeno to my veggie mixture. I cooked it with the broths and the tomotates (ALTHOUGH I DESPISE THEM) I let that simmer really low for 3 hours so the flavors would truly come through. I used Tony chachere's seasoning sparingly since the flavor was truly already there. I used chicken shrimp and andoullie sausages for my meats. I cooked my rice seprate though. IT WAS A HIT!! it had a good spicyness that wasn't a killer those that got to taste it loved. Only complaints: It didnt' have corn or okra in it. I can take that as the only critique. Thanks Bubba
