Strawberry Vanilla Pancakes

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2014
Love the combination! The only difference I made was I used whole wheat flour because that is all I had. I had no issues at all! Thank you for posting!

I wasn't sure at first because the combination didn't sound good to me... but I loved it!!!

Easy and Elegant Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2011
I loved this! I did use ritz crackers (off brand) because I couldn't find the Italian Seasoned bread crumbs, so I put Italian Seasoning in the cracker mixture as well as meat tenderizing seasoning and onion powder and garlic powder and it turned out really good! The only thing is it took more than 35 minutes to cook, but then I'm still having trouble interpreting my oven dial. :-)

Burrito Pie

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2011
I absolutley loved this recipe, I omitted the green chili peppers and olives but I feel it came out amazing. My husband usually puts sour cream on all Mexican and Italian dishes, but he never thought to add any until I mentioned it. That tells me the recipe was great!

I've only had asparagus once in my life, but my husband has had it several times... He thought it was really good when I made it this way... I also enjoyed it. Thank you very much for posting it. :D

Stuffed Chicken Valentino

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2010
Although this dish is still in the oven, it smells good, my only issue was I wasn't sure if I should cook the chicken first or not... after doing the preparations, I decided next time (my second attempt) I will not cook the chicken first... because I think it only rolls good when the chicken is not cooked; nevertheless I'm sure it'll taste just great! Thanks for submitting it... it's also a cost friendly recipe. :D Alright, I tried it a second time without cooking the chicken first and it was a hit! Even my husband enjoyed and he informed for the first time that chicken isn't really his favorite... :D

I do not have a time on them because I have never really timed how long they take. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Old-Fashioned Chocolate Fudge

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2010
I enjoyed this recipe although it was my first time making any kind of fudge, I felt I had done a fairly good job for my first time. I added peanut butter at the very end because I'm pretty sure my mom used this same recipe for her peanut butter fudge when I was young.
