Cindy's Awesome Clam Chowder
We just finished eating our first batch of this and it was truly awesome. I did not have the extra clam juice and the potatoes softened a bit too much, so it tasted more like potato soup than clam chowder. Next time I'll ad more clam and omit the bacon. I used FF half-and-half, like many of the other reviewers.

Miracle Soup
I made this last night and was pleasantly surprised. The broth is wonderfully spicy and tangy! I made very few changes. I substituted kale for the spinach (HIGHLY recommended), cooked and 8oz package of fresh mushrooms with the garlic and ginger instead of using canned, and used 2tbs real sugar instead of fructose. All of my ingredients were low sodium, so I did add a dash of salt as well. It makes a massive amount of soup. I'll be making and freezing this regularly.

Steff's Shepherd Pie
I make a variation of this using low sodium soup and half a packet of onion soup mix. I use whatever veggies I have on hand. Sometime I add cheese, sometime not. As is, the recipe needs a little seasoning, but it's a good base for a hearty meal/
