As usual I tweaked this recipe in an effort to make it healthier and more nutritious. It turned out AMAZING! I used 1 cup whole wheat flour and 1 cup of brown rice flour. I used 1/2 a stick of butter and a 1/2 cup of applesauce. Instead of sugar I used 1/4 cup Agave and a little more than a 1/4 cup of Honey. I used 3 Bananas. I added 1 TBS Cinnamon, 2 tsp Nutmeg, 1/2 C of Heath Toffee chips, 1/2 Cup ground Almonds, 1/2 C chopped Walnuts, 2 TBS Cocoa powder, 1 tsp Vanilla, 1tsp Almond extract. This turned out Moist and Amazing! So Yummy everyone ate it up immediately. Oh I did cook it for 60-70 mins.
