Beer Beef Stew

This is a wonderful recipe. Whenever I make it the family and the neighbors show up at the door with their bowls. I usually cook for a crowd so I use 2 lbs. of stew meat, another 12 oz of beer and more tomato sauce to taste. I like to serve it with warm sourdough bread and real butter.

Dill Dip III

This dip is excellent. I serve it with swedish rye bread. I buy a round boule, holllow it out, put the dip inside the bread. Tear up small bread hunks to dip with. I usually use 1/3 Cup of dried onion instead of the fresh. It's really great at holiday parties. Enjoy!

Spinach and Artichoke Au Gratin

This is unbelievably delicious. Although I use twice as many artichoke hearts, less spinach, more cream cheese and butter. I learned to make this over 30 years ago. I just didn't know what the name of this dish was. Happy to see it here.
