Delicious, but if I have to make any modifications it doesn't merit 5 stars. I thought the sour cream at the end accentuated the bitterness, it was nicely rich and sweet before adding it; I used heavy cream instead of hald and half...I always try to stay true to the recipe but the cream was calling for this dish! Also, the chicken was quite bland without added salt while cooking, and it needed browning before turning out of the pan. I found the timing of the fettucini cooking was off; the water should be at the boil while cooking the onions but add the fettucini while you are adding the milk/cream and waiting for that to heat up and your fettucini should be cooked as the other is heated through with the cheese. I also omitted the tomatoes.
