Cake Project #13: Graham Cracker Cake. Well, sort of. I have a hard time calling anything "cake" that doesn't include flour. The chief ingredients here are ground grahams with a little coconut and eggs. Mocha whipped cream frosting, so it's not a take-to-work cake; seeing as how half the cake is gone in the first servings with only 3 ...people here, the whipped frosting is not really the issue, though. A weirdly different um, dessert, with strange requirements (why make someone try to measure 1/6 cup or 1/2 tablespoon anything? Come on...) Seeing as how the frosting barely covered the cake, I would suggest Cake Project author to skip the weird math and just double the ingredients for it, as everyone know the frosting is always the best part!
