Chicken Tikka Masala

I loved this recipe! It was excellent. I agree with others who've tried this, it definitely asks for WAY too much salt. But I'm an intermediate cook so I knew right off the bat it was too much, so I cut it down to two teaspoons total. The flavors were so good and it was very spicy. My husband and I loved it but I'd lessen the heat when making it for our kids. Thanks for submitting an awesome recipe!

Shoyu Chicken

This recipe was so delicious. Everyone loved it. I thought the marinade would be a little too salty at first but after laying the chicken on plain jasmine rice, it blended out perfectly! I loved the hint of spiciness. I baked the chicken instead of grilling it and it was still wonderful. Thanks for sharing!

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

This recipe is amazing!! We had it for breakfast and it was so delicious. Everyone went back for seconds and thirds. I think this is perfect for a special occasion such as Christmas morning breakfast. It feeds many people. Thanks for the recipe!

My family and I made this for Halloween last night and the kids thought it was so cool. The hand came out perfect. There was about a cup of juice mix left so next time I might cut down on that but overall it's a great, fun recipe! Thanks!

Spanish Rice Bake

Thanks for sharing this recipe. It was so delicious and simple to make. My whole family loved it! There are a lot of reviews that say the rice didn't cook but you need to keep the lid on the first 15-20 min. and then stir. I kept it on medium low heat and simmered it for only 25 minutes, not 30. I also used El Pato sauce for the chile sauce. Thanks again!

Sirloin Steak with Garlic Butter

Thanks for sharing this recipe. My family loved it so much that we had it for dinner two nights in a row! It felt like we were eating a restaurant meal. The garlic butter sauce was amazing. Packed with so much flavor yet so simple.

Sweet Restaurant Slaw

This is an excellent coleslaw recipe. I made it tonight and loved it. I've never liked sweet coleslaw but this was perfect! I just cut back on the oil and sugar and added one tablespoon of sesame oil/dressing. This will now be one of my favorite go-to recipes! Thank you!
