I really really liked this recipe. I agree it is Very Very spicy but anyone can change the amount of Cayenne in it. Which I will do next time. To take away the burn in my mouth I added cheese and sour cream to my bowl and the spice subsided and I could actually taste the flavor. I did not use squash and I didn't use sage, thyme, coriander, or cloves. It still tasted great. I put cayenne, chili pepper, Italian seasonings, and cumin. I added celery and green pepper to it since I didn't have squash or mushrooms. It was very very tasty and I will absolutely cook this again.
