Linda's Lasagna

I followed this recipe exactly and it was wonderful. My dinner guests even asked for the recipe to take with them. I will always make this lasagna. I guess I added more layers than what it called for. So that was the only difference.

Golden Sweet Cornbread

I loved this recipe. But one day I didn't have an egg so I used 1/4 cup of Mayo. I will never go back to using an egg in this again. The cornbread turns out so wonderfully moist and delicious using mayo.

Best Brownies

Didnt change a thing and they tasted great! I didnt try the frosting. But I think it would be just as tasty. Made these again tonight and tried the frosting. I didn't want to use honey so I used heavy cream instead. Very good! and rich!

Rhubarb Cake I

Tasty!! I followed the recipe exactly except I doubled the ruhubarb like others had suggested. But that was it. I will add this to my recipe box for sure.

Mushroom Chicken Parmesan

This was pretty good. I followed the recipe exactly. I think next time I would omit the garlic powder and use fresh garlic instead. Also I used a whole container of heavy whipping cream. I think next time I would stir in a little milk to thin it out. I also only had two breasts, so I used 3 or 4 thighs as well. They do take longer to cook than the breasts do. All in all a pretty good recipe that I would make again.
