inedible. followed recipe exactly and it came out bright nuclear red, spongy and tasting like flour. had to make another batch, this time used only 2 cups of flour and double the amount of cocoa which made it decent.

Cream Cheese Pound Cake II

Yummy! I used only 1 cup of butter, 3 cups of sugar and 6 eggs to make it a bit healthier. It probably made the pound cake less fluffy but it was still delicious!

Molten Chocolate Cakes With Sugar-Coated Raspberries

Absolutely delicious! I used a 12 muffin pan, 6 white chocolate and six semisweet chocolate cakes. The white chocolate cakes tasted much better as it was sweeter. The semisweet cakes were not as sweet as I would have liked them... probably will add more sugar or use milk chocolate next time.

Svelte Blue Cheese Dressing and Dip

it was okay. a bit thick for a dip... i wouldn't drain the yogurt so that the dip would be less solid. love blue cheese though and liked the dip but thought it could be better

Cabbage Rolls

i was looking for a lost cabbage roll recipe... this was the closest thing to it except the old one you had to baker for 5+ hours. overall it was almost the same taste but not enough sauce!! i would get an extra can to tomato sauce. also instead of cooked tomato sauce i use the pureed tomato sauce (uncooked)

Absolute Mexican Cornbread

Instead of following of the advices of the other reviewers, I only halved the amount of butter and not the sugar because my family likes it sweet. I also use 3-4 fresh chiles and 1 cup of cheddar cheese instead. This recipes is a keeper.

Cranberry Orange Cookies

I grated one whole orange and used all the zest as it tends to have a better kick and presentation. Also instead of orange juice, I squeeze all the juice of the grated orange. Use 1/3 of the juice mix into the cookie batter (to give a more citrus-y taste) and the rest for the frosting.
