With some adjustments this was perfect. Adding brown sugar and chicken broth is absolutely necessary for the sauce . I kept the skin on the breast and put sauce both under and on the skin and broiled it in the oven. Flipped it once and brushed more sauce and flipped one more time to carmelize and look pretty for the plate . It was super tender and flavorful! Served with a small spring salad it presented wonderfully
