Grilled Peanut Chicken

With some adjustments this was perfect. Adding brown sugar and chicken broth is absolutely necessary for the sauce . I kept the skin on the breast and put sauce both under and on the skin and broiled it in the oven. Flipped it once and brushed more sauce and flipped one more time to carmelize and look pretty for the plate . It was super tender and flavorful! Served with a small spring salad it presented wonderfully

Blue Cheese Crusted Filet Mignon with Port Wine Sauce

I made this for a dinner get together and everyone was so impressed. I love a fancy dinner that looks hard but was so easy. I grilled the steaks then broiled the blue cheese mixture. the sauce is delicious.! I served it with petite carrots for color. perfect thank you for this recipe. a keeper.
