Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
Made this recipe exactly as written; although I did cut the recipe in half, since it’s the two of us. I only use Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce so of course it was delicious! I highly suggest using this BBQ sauce, no others come close; and I am picky with my sauces. I can’t believe how easy this tasty meal was to prepare and cook, the flavor payoff was awesome. I used three thawed chicken breast, cooked it on low and after 3 hours I shredded it and then returned it to the crockpot to cook for another 1.5 hours. The sauce was perfect, not runny at all! Not too savory and not too sweet…perfect! I piled the chicken on top of lightly toasted King’s Hawaiian rolls, and paired with corn on the cob. Fantastic recipe, zero flaws.

Magic Cookie Bars II
This recipe is better than the Eagle Brand recipe! My grandmother started making these about 40 years ago and the recipe has been passed down (although we call them, Hello Dolly Bars). They are easy to make, you can add whatever toppings you like to it, and it's delicious for any get-together, holiday party, or just because. The only thing we do different is, we put the chocolate chips on top because it looks better and it browns better with the sweetened condensed milk on top of the chocolate chips instead of the coconut. Great recipe!

Baked Ziti III
This is excellent! To be honest I am not a big fan of pasta dishes but I love this! I did toss the cooked pasta in sour cream prior to layering and it worked fantastic. The dish was creamy, flavorful, and filling. This filled a 9X13, 3 quart dish and will be leftovers for a couple days. Cleanup was even a breeze, as it came out of the dish flawlessly without any baked on food! This dish is wonderful without any changes but would be great with your own personal touches!
