Grandma's Green Bean Casserole
This was a delicious dish! I used fresh green beans and also reduced the sour cream amount. However, I felt the green beans would need a little more moisture, because they were fresh. So, I added a touch of heavy cream as well. I also subbed fried onions. They were mixed with the green beans and on top. The green beans had the perfect bite and the fried onions added the additional flavor and salt needed. Far better than any canned soup recipe!
