Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2014
It was good. Probably would have been better workout the vegetable oil. The gravy was a little greasy. Next time I'll leave that out. The hamburger had enough grease in it alone.

Kentucky Banana Pudding

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2013
Never thickened up. I tried the recipe two times and the second time I added a little more corn starch. I'm heart broken because I really wanted some good banana pudding. I figured anything with Kentucky in the name had to be good :( Maybe I should just call it banana cookie soup because that's what it is. Two dishes of it.

Apple Pie

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2011
My first apple pie and it was so easy and fun to make with a 2 yr old and very fun to eat with the entire family! It was a little runny but I just spooned the juices over our slices of pie and it was great! Next time I will add just a touch more flour...maybe. It was good runny.

Royal Icing II

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2011
This is the Wilton's Royal Icing so it's got to be good. I'm going to make it tomorrow to icing my first batch of The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies for my sons Sponge Bob birthday. It's going to be great ;)

Easy Biscuits

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2010
This was my first attempt at making homemade biscuits. It was very simple to make. I think I should have doubled it and made a thicker biscuit. I think next time I'll use the suggestion someone else left with rolling it thinner and then putting two on top of each other for baking. These went very good with homemade cherry jam :D
