Spicy Shredded Beef

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2002
I didn't really like it. It doesn't taste authentic. I thought I would give it a shot. I won't use this recipe again

Cheese Cake Cups

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2002
These were just great! I changed it a bit and added some brandy instead of vanilla in fact I doubled that. My son was going to go a cheesecake from the cheesecake factory and I suggested that he just make these for Thanksgiving I think there better and a hell of a lot cheaper. I will use this recipe over and over again. Good job!

Swedish Pancakes

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2002
Thse pancakes were so wonderful, they were so close to my fathers pancakes. Insted of cooking them in oil I used lots of butter. I had fresh blackberries to top them off with. They make a lot of pancakes and I doubled the recipie and so many left over. I think I'll freeze them and see how they come out If your looking for the IHOp style of sweedish pancakes there not it I'm still looking for those but you will enjoy these!

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2002
This is good but a little plain. I added some cranberry sauce to add some zip. Very easy to make!

Florentine Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2001
This was great! it's one of my favorites to order when we go out to eat. I added a little as I always do I never copy a recipe completly. I used marinated artichokes that were spicy and also a 1/4 cup of lump crab. It was fantastic.

Hummus III

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2001
I thought this Hummis was wonderful. I had a hard time finding the Tahini but finally found it at a health food store. I added more lemon because we love lemon in our family. I also added a little olive oil and water to thin it out. This will be a holiday favorite in our home. The best I've ever had even better than the Hummis by cousin buys at a eastern resturant my daughter-in-law is even going to make it for her college class and she can't cook.
