Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole

YUMMM!!!! I made this for Thanksgiving and it was amazing! I used the recipes as is with the exception of subbing swt cond milk for regular mild and I left out the flour from the topping. I cant wait to make it again.. next time I will try to lighten it up as far as calories go.

very good.. no need for the cornstarch!! just be patient.. I think corn starch would have ruined any frosting that wasnt eaten immediately.

Home Style Macaroni and Cheese

you definately need to double the pasta! and go with half a cup of bread crumbs for the top. I added some extra spices.. garlic pepper.. a smidge of seasoning salt and it turned out great. Super creamy.. could have even added MORE pasta after I already more than doubled what it called for.

Baked Chicken Broccoli and Rice

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2010
I added more rice.. shredded cheese.. chopped up celery.. and breaded the chicken and then added garlic salt and paprika on top. It was good but I think it can be made even better by added more flavorful ingredients. (My five year old loved it!)

You deifnately need to make two pies. I made two and added eggs and I still wasnt happy with it. I think it needed more eggs. There was no fluffy egg, but it still tasted great and the famiyl loved it!
