Lemon Sponge Pudding

very very light & lemony. great for after a heavy meal. I used 2 Tbsp flour, not 2 tsp, baked in an 8x8 pan for 45 min. Ramekins would make a better presentation (as called for). Will make again for sure.

Pork, Apple, and Ginger Stir-Fry with Hoisin Sauce

Nice flavour. I decreased Soy Sauce to 4 Tbsp, used flour instead of cornstarch, used sesame & olive oil & used 2/3c of apple sauce. I also added a variety of colourful veggies (peppers, red onion, snow peas etc...)

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Quick, easy & good. my husband loved it. I used pork tenderloin instead of chicken. I used sesame oil instead of vegetable oil. For those who are not spice lovers, chili sauce was a great replacement for the hot sauce
