Crispiest Apple Crisp

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2014
My first apple crisp and it came out very good. I made it vegan by using Earth Balance instead of butter. Thanks for the easy recipe!

Zucchini and Potato Bake

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2014
Was very good. Instead of using paprika, salt and pepper, I sprinkled with old bay seasoning. I cooked the potatoes for 15 min then mixed in the rest of the veggies (2 summer squash, 1 zucchini, 1 red pepper and garlic). Sprinkled the top with breadcrumbs and Romano cheese and baked for another 40 min. Broiled for 5 min and was nice and crispy. My mom who doesn't care for zucchini and squash enjoyed it and my husband who dislikes almost all veggies said to definitely make it again and took seconds....that's a score!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2014
This is a 10 star recipe. So unbelievably easy and insanely delicious. You will never buy a rotisserie chicken ever again. I made a 8.66 lb roaster and took others suggestions in letting it marinade overnight. I cooked it 5 hours at 250 and the last hour brought the temp up to 350. It was so incredibly juicy and the meat just fell off the bones. This recipe is most definitely a keeper!!!

Homemade Sloppy Joes

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2014
Very good, will definitely make this again. The only suggestion I have is to use less brown sugar if using red bell peppers in place of green ones. Otherwise was quick and easy to through together and tasted great!
