I fixed this recipe to have ready for Superbowl Sunday. I scaled the recipe to 4 servings, using a 3 1/2lb pork butt. I also ajusted the seasonings for 4 servings . The roast was tender and perfect in 12 hours, on my low setting. It tasted delicious!! I will add a little more liquid smoke next time, as I love that taste in meats. We served the pork on french rolls with all our favorite condiments. I also served nachos with the usual toppings, including the pork on them. I had nachos with Kalua pork in Kauai, Ha. last fall, and loved them this way. Thanks for a tasty and simple recipe.
