Pork Chalupas
Loved it. I used Rotel instead of plain diced green chiles and mixed everything in the crock pot the night before. There are so many different things you can do with this once it is cooked - very versatile! I have even used venison roast or pork steaks in place of the pork shoulder. Makes a lot but freezes very well. Thanks for the recipe!
