Yummy Sweet Stuffing

Way to sweet for my taste. I would double the stuffing and 1/2 the rest...or just eat stuffing the way it is without all the extra fat/calories. Sorry.

Basic Beurre Blanc

Maybe I'm just cooking challenged when it comes to Beurre Blanc. Are you supposed to cool the vinegar mixture before pouring in the cream bcs. it just curdled on me and then turned into a buttery soupy curddled mess in the end. :(

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating

OMG! YUM! I marinated it with salt/pepper/minced garlic and the mustard/butter/honey sauce for an hour or so. Put the bread crumb mixture on both sides right before baking it (make sure to use FRESH bread crumbs NOT dry). 10 min/inch thick is perfect as suggested. Wow.
