Bacon Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies With Maple Glaze
Unfortunately I wasn't a fan. They ended up being too soft and the smokey flavor was overwhelming.

Cream Soup Base
It was pretty good but it should have cooked a bit longer after adding milk, there was still a bit of grittiness. It would have received 5 stars if there had been more specific cook times. I ended up adding about 2.5 cups more milk, simmered veggies and rice along with Cheddar and American cheese. It ended up being more of a casserole due to it's thickness caused by the rice but was very tasty.

Too Much Chocolate Cake
As suggested I cut back on the oil and used the mini chocolate chips and the cake was amazing. To my misfortune our bundt pan had been thrown out a few weeks prior due to lack of use. I made this in two 9" pans then used an easy home made vanilla icing between the two to keep them together (milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract). I then drizzled the "Satiny Chocolate Glaze" ( over the top along with the remaining icing. It ended up looking and tasting great! Side note: It was a great way to impress the girlfriend's parents.
