SO good! I've found that the chocolate chips tend to melt a tiny bit (and leave fingerprints!) while breaking unless you freeze the batch for a few minutes, so I used CandiQuik chocolate candy coating on top instead of chocolate chips and things went much better. Always use milk chocolate! It makes such a difference. I also found it imperative to line the jelly roll pan with aluminum foil (non-stick worked really well) before laying down the saltines so the toffee doesn't stick to the pan. Lastly, I used unsalted saltines and instead of topping with nuts, I topped with sea salt. These are delish.
