Hot Pepper Jelly

I loved this jelly! I hate runny jelly and after reading other reviews about adding an additional pack of Pectin, or not... I opted to make this recipe with 1 and a half packs. I also let it boil for about 10 minutes. Consistancy was excellent, just they way I like it! It was delicious... will definately make again!

Breaded Chicken Fingers

My brother made these for me last night... and WOW, fantastic! Tasted just as a good if not better than restaurant chicken fingers. He made as directed, but marinated overnight rather than the instructed 2-4 hours. Thanks for Sharing.

Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese

This is great. I agree with other reviewers, DO NOT add more macaroni, when you first add the macaroni (before putting it in the oven) it really does look like a soupy mess, but as it cooks it thickens and sets. wow - so good. Perfect consistancy!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

This was excellent. Made as directed; used a 2lb Pork Loin and Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce. I did add 2 or 3 dashes of Cayenne just to add some spice. Will definately make again and add to my permanent collection. Thanks for sharing!

Soft, Moist and Gooey Cinnamon Buns

These were really good... I made as directly except for one thing. When putting the ingredients in your bread machine, you should put the salt in BEFORE the flour. If you put it in after the flour you run the risk of your yeast touching the salt, which could 'burn' the yeast, thereby causing problems for the dough to rise. I typically add the liquids, salt, sugar, seasoning, etc., before adding the flour, then of course the yeast.

Pizza Swirls

Working in a pizza restaurant for about 10 years makes me a bit of a pizza snob... I didn't except to like this as much as I did - I mainly made them for my 3 year old. Made as directed, I only did my own toppings as my kid wouldn't eat black olives. I did up a roll lightly sauced, cheese and chopped pepperoni and they rolled together nicely. I did a roll with a bit more sauce, pepperoni, chopped mushroom and bacon and it was more difficult to roll, but the end result was better. If you can handle the dough I suggest adding a good portion of sauce. The dough turned out wonderful and was very easy to handle. Thanks so much for sharing!

Oven Baked Jambalaya

Absolutely delicious. The flavor was soooo good! I did what other reviewers suggested by cooking the rice first. I won't do it next time as I found the rice to be somewhat mushy.

Creamy Rice Pudding

My father in-law has had countless people attempt to make rice pudding that he likes (aunts, sister in-laws, co-workers, friends) and nothing even came close to his 'grans'... most of them he called 'garbage'. I thought I'd give it a shot (and my only shot) with this recipe. After tasting it, he said I was officially the family rice pudding maker. He loved it... said it was the best he's ever had (second to his Grans'). I made it several times now and still loves it! Thank you for sharing your recipe and making me his 'favorite daughter in-law'!
