Maple-Garlic Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Went right by the recipe except I had about 4lbs of pork, there was plenty of marinate for all that I had with some left for brushing on while it was on grill. (Be sure to boil extra marinate first) My dinner group just loved it!

Fondant Potatoes

Was looking for a new twist on potatoes. This recipe is wonderful, I went right by the directions and it was perfect! Made a little ahead of dinner and kept warm and they were perfect!!

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

This was delicious! I didn't have onion salt so I used a toasted onion seasoning that I had on hand. Everyone loved it! A keeper!

Cheesy Chicken

Great recipe, I like the fact that you most likely already have the ingredients in your kitchen. I did make a few changes. I used already seasoned Italian chicken breast, quickly browned them in EVOO, and then placed them in oven to finish. I used a mixture of Italian cheeses + a bit of sharp cheddar. I took the suggestions and added garlic powder plus I added some roasted onion flakes. I served it with rice and a salad. My family loved it! I will make again for sure!

Mountain Apple Cobbler

Excellent and very easy to make. I used half brown sugar and half regular sugar and it was perfect. I was worried in the beginning with the amount of liquid but it cooks down easily and be sure to let it sit a little while right out of the oven. This will for sure be a family favorite.

Italian Pork Tenderloin

This recipe was excellent. I did double the sauce added a tsp of minced garlic and it was perfect and provided just the right amount. I served it over jasmine rice. A keeper for sure.
