Poor Man's Pepper Steak

Not a bad recipe. Meat was nicely tender following the recipe but it had no "kick". I like spicy food and expected a little more from this. I'm going to be adding some Cajun spices to it next time I make it.

Roasted Cajun Potatoes

Made this today and absolutely loved it. I'm struggling to find any way to improve this. I might add a bit more cayenne next time for a bit more of a kick. If I still made it as per the recipe I would still be thrilled with it.
