Soft Chocolate Cookies

DELICIOUS! I added white chocolate chips and omitted the powdered sugar. Also I didn't smash them, I scooped them with a 1.5 TBS scooper.

Key Lime Cake III

I didn't use orange juice, just water like the box sad. I did however, added a lot of lime zest. And it still came out tasting very lime.

Master Pizza Dough

SO DELICIOUS! It came out thick and evenly cooked (25 minutes in convection oven). It is now my favorite pizza dough recipe. I'll never use another one again. Thank you!

Easy OREO Truffles

Next time I will use less cream cheese.... just enough to make them stick. They were great on the first day... the next day not so much. I wonder if I did anything wrong haha

Do not use the whole can of frosting! I only used a few scoops until the cake stuck together. Otherwise it will be too mushy and way too sweet. They were delicious though.... everyone loved them and even asked me for the recipe!

Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Sooo yummy! I tripled the marinade because I had a lot of pork. I did not tripple the cinnamon. I baked it at 400 until the center reached 160 degrees. SOOO DELICIOUS!! I can't wait to make it again. Next time I might use a tad less brown sugar. MM...
