Sausage Balls II

These were ok. A little dry though. I've never had sausage balls before and I had heard they were great. I think I still prefer regular sausage patties.

Buckeye Balls II

These are wonderful, they taste just like a peanut butter cup. I covered the entire ball with chocolate and my husband loves them.

This went over very well at my family Easter dinner. Although noone would try it until i ate some to prove it wasnt actual dirt. But after i ate some they finally started eating it. They all loved the flower and trowel in the flower pot.

Fragrant Lemon Chicken

Although very very tender and juicy, it was not very flavorful. Did not care for the apples and celery, will try using carrots next time as someone earlier suggested. Gave a wonderful aroma while cooking though. Will try again, but with a few changes.

Baked Macaroni and Cheese

I tried this recipie tonight since everything on hand. I took someone elses suggestion and used the packette of creamy velvetta in the Kraft Macaroni box. It came out very watery, Maybe I didnt use enough shredded cheddar to make up for the velevetta. Other than that it tasted pretty good. Will try again with a few alterations.

Sunday Roast Chicken

Very Good, I cooked it a little longer than the recipie said and the meat was falling off the bones when it was done. Very tender and juicy. I also used russet potatoes since I had no red potatoes on hand, but they still came out very good.

Tuna Noodle Casserole IV

WOW!!! This went over very well at my house. My husband has been begging me to make a tuna noodle casserole, and he just loved this one. I am not a big tuna lover, and this was very good. I left the cheese and crutons off as we dont like crutons and my husband isnt big on cheese. However I did put cheese on my plate and melted it over it in the microwave. My 2 year old wouldnt eat it because I think she didnt like the way it looked. This is definaltey going into my regular recipie book. Will be making this again and again and again.

Buttercream Icing

This icing was really easy to make and my daughter loved. I have been looking for an easy, homemade buttercream icing to ice wedding cakes with and I have found it. It's not too sweet but very creamy and rich.
