Brunch Enchiladas

These were Delicious! I used sausage instead of Ham but otherwise followed the recipe. Got lots of compliments and requests for the recipe.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

This cake is Fabulous! I made a 10 inch and 6 inch layered cake and stacked them for a bridal shower. everyone loved it. It was incredibly moist and super chocolatey!

This bread pudding was so easy to make and so tasty! perfect consistency! I used half and half instead of milk, 3 eggs (they were big) 9 slices of bread and a little extra cinnamon. thanks for the recipe!

Chicken-Parmesan Bundles

These were delicious! I used the thin sliced chicken breasts to save time on the pounding. they worked great! also used reduced fat cream cheese. served over spaghetti noodles with pasta sauce. even my 3 and 7 year olds loved it!

Pecan Pie V

This is by far the best pecan pie you'll ever taste! I've been trying to find the perfect one for a few years and here it is! I've thrown away all the other recipes. I added a little extra pecans and cooked at 350 for 15 mins and 300 for 50 mins. this pie is not runny at all and tastes great. doesn't look like a traditional pecan pie on the top so I arranged a few pecan halves on top. I might try adding some mini choc chips next time as we like chocolate pecan pie as well. YUM!

Chocolate Eclair Dessert

The best and easiest dessert you'll ever make! be sure to make the night before. even better if you use french vanilla pudding and french vanilla cool whip. Microwave icing for 45 seconds and poor on.
