Exquisite Pizza Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2011
Instead of buying all the different dried hebs, I just used a store bought Italian herb grinder. This is a fantastic recipe. Thanks!

Pumpkin Pecan Cheesecake

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2011
Good but no actual pumpkin. I really like the pumpkin butter. I also omitted the pecans because I don't really like nuts on my cheesecake. I would make this year round, but not instead of pumpkin pie.

I followed the Rolo suggestion, very useful. I also used graham pretzels instead of regular ones, and loved them.

Fabulous! I never realized how well the white chocolate and jelly beans go together. From reading reviews as seen on TV Perfect Brownies was also very helpful. Thanks so much!!

Lime Fish Tacos

Reviewed: May 14, 2011
Excellent creamy sauce! To simplify it and make just one for myself, I used one cod filet, EVOO, and one lime for the fish and sauce. I omitted the white pepper and hot pepper sauce. The one cod fillet ended up being enough for 2 servings. I also didn't have tortilla's on hand so it ended up being a lime fish sandwich. I only gave it four start because I didn't follow the ingredients exactly. Will definitely make again!! Loved the sauce- didn't measure ingredients, but loved the sour cream/mayo/lime (added black pepper) combo!! Thanks for sharing!!

Buckeye Balls II

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2011
Classic recipe. I used chunky freshly ground PB, mixed it with a dash of coconut oil, added confectioners sugar until right consistency, and froze until chocolate ready. Did not use shortening for chocolate, used store brand semi-sweet chocolate chips with double broiler. I like chunky PB, Buckeyes were more peanutty. Didn't really measure anything. Turned out wonderfully to my tastes. I live all Buckeye balls

Megan's Granola

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2012
Perfect! I also found with the dry ingredients what I had or how it was packaged could be manipulated as long as the total yields were about the same. Thank you delicious with yogurt!
