Microwave Mochi

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2011
Delicious! This was so easy, and it turned out great. I added a bout half of the original amount of sugar, because I was going to stuff them with sweet bean paste. I'm glad I did, because I feel like one cup would be too much. o.o I also halved the potato starch recipe and used cornstarch instead, it turned out fine and there was more than enough for my mochi.

Pizza Dough I

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2011
I loved this recipe!!! I really wanted Pizza for dinner, but it was getting late, and I didn't want to spend hours waiting for the dough to rise... But this worked perfectly! I wasn't that rushed, so I took the time to dissolve the yeast, water, sugar, and oil together and let it sit for a couple of minutes. As other users suggested, after kneading the dough I tossed in some dried herbs to flavor it. It turned out really yummy!

Mango Sorbet

Reviewed: May 28, 2011
This is so delicious!!! It took only a couple of minutes to get the ingredients together and blend them! I used around 16 oz of frozen mango as another user suggested, then poured the HOT syrup on top of it, which made the temperature perfect for easy blending. Then I squeezed in the juice of one lime. The ingredients are so simple, I'll definitely be making this again!

Donut Muffins

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2011
These were really yummy! I didn't have nutmeg, which probably ruins the point, but I used cinnamon instead and they turned out really well! When I was coating them with the sugar cinnamon mixture, my sister tasted one and said the sugar was overpowering. For the rest of the muffins I just put them in a bowl, drizzled them with butter, and sprinkled with sugar. That turned out much better!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2011
these are THE BEST chocolate chip cookies I have EVER EATEN. EVER. They're extremely chewy, unlike the crispy cookies that I usually get. I lowered the amount of chocolate chips by about half a cup, and I also froze the dough for around 15 minutes. These turned out SO WELL. Next time I will double the recipe! (Hopefully they won't get completely eaten until my sister and mother come home!)

Candy Bar Cookie Squares

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2010
Best cookies ever! They're sooo chewy and delicious! I didn't have a cake mix, so I used a cake recipe from this site and omitted the wet ingredients, then added the wet ingredients from this recipe. I used leftover halloween candy, but I didn't have as much as called for so I threw in some chocolate chips as well.

I have used this many times, and people love it SO MUCH. The last time I made them, I piped them and made them very tiny, with orange food coloring. All the food coloring did was make it look burnt, but it didn't affect the taste. I like them better when they're small, because if they're large it seems like they get eaten too quickly.

Magic Peanut Butter Middles

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2010
These are the best! I followed the recipe, and didn't add any milk or anything to the dough, because it was already moist. My brother kept on running up to the cooling rack and grabbing cookies. He really loved them! I liked them a lot too, even though I'm not a cookie person.
