Easy Chicken Shepherd's Pie

I made this as the recipe was written, with the exception of using my own leftover mashed potatoes rather than instant. I think next time I'll add a little salt and perhaps a dash garlic powder. The family loved it!

Sausage Potato Stuff

I'm giving it five stars even though I had to alter it slightly to use what I had on hand. The change was minor - I prepared as listed, subbing a can of RoTel for green chilies - and then transferred to a 9x13 baking dish, topped with cheese and baked at 350 until the cheese bubbled (as suggested). I'm glad I took a chance on this simple little one review dish!

Creamy Chicken Bog With A Kick

Loved it! Making it for my large crew to nibble on all weekend, I doubled the batch. We left out the red pepper flakes since some of us don't care for much spice/heat. Husband says he'd like a little more kick so he's adding a dash of hot sauce to his individual serving. We'll definitely have again this winter!

Tangy Grilled Pork Tenderloin

This dish was delicious! I also used the oven method and boiled the marinade so it could be used for basting. If you don't care to boil and use the marinade, I recommend having a smaller batch made up for basting. It was so juicy, tender and very flavorful. I will definitely be making this again!
